| Tom Gervais, Senior Consultant
Tom Gervais has consulted for more than 15 years with corporations and government. He is currently with the Hartford Technology Services Corporation, an internal consulting group for The Hartford Financial Services Group, where he works to improve business practices and designs databases for the businesses of The Hartford. While at The Hartford, he has participated in various mentoring programs to support Hartford youth in their education.
As an internal consultant for the State of Connecticut, Tom supported various agencies as both a project manager and a programmer. He created a business plan for the Comptroller and Information Technology Plans to improve service delivery for the Department of Insurance and the Liquor Control Commission.
While with Maximus, a consulting company that specializes in work for government, Tom created a strategic plan for the collaborative sharing of information among criminal justice agencies for the states of Connecticut and Ohio.
Tom is an active role model and mentor. He is a drummer and a singer who strives for excellence in his art and work. Tom graduated from the University of Connecticut with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Economics.
